1. About us

This website, fellandfetch.com, is operated by Fell & Fetch ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@fellandfetch.com. Our postal address is listed on our Contact Information page.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly; if so, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, and we're not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and how to return items are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Products

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes are approximate; please check the size guide. Always supervise your dog with toys, mats and accessories, and remove anything that becomes damaged.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
