Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Costs

• Orders of £35 or more: free tracked delivery
• Orders under £35: £3.95 tracked delivery

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 7–14 working days in total from the date of your order. Every parcel is tracked, and we'll email you a tracking link once your order is on its way.

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas

To be sure of delivery before Christmas, please order by 1 December.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, email hello@fellandfetch.com and we'll investigate. If a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
