Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and every parcel is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Christmas: to be sure of delivery before Christmas, please order by 1 December.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@fellandfetch.com with your order number. We'll reply with the returns address and instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge (if you paid one) within 14 days of receiving the return.
Faulty or damaged?
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
