How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and arrive in 7–14 working days. Every parcel is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of £35 or more. Under £35, UK delivery is £3.95.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
What if it doesn't fit?
Every coat and harness has a size guide on its page. If it still isn't right, you can return it within 14 days. See Delivery & Returns.
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger size. Most of our coats and harnesses run slightly small.
How do I wash my drying coat or towel?
Machine wash cool and let it air dry. Skip the fabric conditioner: it reduces how well microfibre absorbs water.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@fellandfetch.com. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to change it.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that. Email us a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
